I specialize in Strength & Resistance Training using a universal machine in which you can train all the major muscles. It has a chest press for upper body strength, a leg extension for quads, a standing one leg leg curl for hamstrings, a high pulley for lat pull downs for your back, you can use it also for tricep push downs for your triceps, it also has a low pulley for rowing and bicep curls for your biceps. These are just a few of the many exercises that can be performed on this machine.
I also use dumbbells from 5lb to 40lb. Many different exercises can be done with dumbbells. The gym is also equipped with 200lb of free weight that I put on a straight and e-z curl bar. With this weight I have an adjustable bench that I can use from flat to incline to upright.I also use exercise balls and a bosu to perform many various exercises using body weight. As you can see there is no shortage of exercises that can be performed in the truck.
